Yoga has played an important part in Alyssa Cody’s life for the past  8 years, transforming from a consistent home practice to a c omitted lifestyle through the guidance of experienced teachers in the Omaha area. She received her 200 hour yoga teaching certification at Pranam Yoga Shala, where she is currently continuing education toward a 500 hour certification. Her goal in teaching yoga is to help still the mind, to find deeper connection to the body, breath, and spirit.

Vinyasa flow: This class is designed to synchronize breath with motion as the teacher guides you through a flow of constant movement integrating poses of all classes. The class is designed for all levels, offering clear instruction for newcomers and advanced options for the more practiced yogi. Each class offers a different sequence with elements of  pranayama and meditation weaved throughout to enhance the overall yoga experience.
